The release history: new features, changes and fixes in the game.
Update 0.7.6a · Live camp on phones
Fixes
The live camp backdrop with roaming enemies is now available on phones and in Telegram too. Reduced effects or insufficient performance keep a static backdrop.
Update 0.7.6 · Density and rhythm
New
Mini-bosses and overlords every two and a half minutes, and sometimes a Runaway Chest full of gold dashes past (not in Hardcore).
Changes
Fewer enemies on screen, but each one is tougher; new enemies arrive in tiers, and surges roll in from one side — an arrow at the screen edge warns you.
Shards per kill and the "defeat N enemies" goals are retuned to the new pace (what you earned stays). New run rules start a new ranking week.
Fixes
Wild Reagent clouds no longer vanish next to flask puddles — every weapon has its own pool of zones.
Update 0.7.5q · A painted dawn
New
The camp is alive: enemies roam three worlds in the background. Phones and reduced-effects mode keep a static backdrop.
More now includes your Profile: avatar, favourite heroes, statistics and best results. Your ranking card can be hidden in Account settings.
Cosmetic titles unlock from achievement stars you have already earned.
A guide, heroes, bestiary, arsenal and other game reference pages are available in Russian and English.
The Dawn Herald now has its own frame animations.
Graphics settings let you try new pixel art for Meeg, three enemies and six icons. It is off by default.
Changes
Missions now have their own camp navigation button, right after Skins.
A new full-screen title illustration. Controls sit over the artwork, with a compact row on phones.
Enemies dissolve differently: slime, bones, spirits and other families. Reduced effects keep the flash.
Fixes
The camp backdrop no longer restarts between sections. Rectangular seams and the extra glow beneath the hero are gone.
The hero and health bar stay above the Herald, with warnings placed in a clear area of the screen.
Update 0.7.5p · Support
New
Send questions, bugs, screenshots and files to @lastchancesupport_bot. Replies arrive in the same chat.
Changes
Contacts, privacy and Report a bug now lead to support. The game bot also points you there.
Update 0.7.5o · Interface polish
New
Maintenance mode preserves an existing run and its loot; queued saves resume when maintenance ends.
Changes
A pixel close button and Esc dismiss available dialogs. Language labels follow the selected language.
Enemies disappear with a silhouette flash and a brief pixel breakup; reduced effects keep the flash.
Fixes
Dialogs, focus outlines and tooltips fit smaller screens; the pause menu has no empty cell.
Update 0.7.5m · Daily and weekly missions
New
Missions: three every day (swap one once a day) and two every week. The Missions section is under More, next to Achievements.
Rewards arrive in your Mail: 300 gold and 8 shards for a daily, 2,000 gold and 60 shards for a weekly. Every saved run counts, even if you surrendered.
Update 0.7.5l · Your nickname
New
Your nickname: new players get one like Wanderer-1234 and can change it in Settings — the nickname is what the ranking shows. Rude words won't pass; existing names were not changed.
Update 0.7.5k · One look
New
Settings in tabs: Sound, Graphics, Controls, Account, About. Account shows how you signed in and lets you delete it — 7 days to change your mind.
Legal notice and a privacy page: what we store and why.
Changes
One consistent interface: two fonts and the same buttons, panels and windows everywhere; no more tiny unreadable text.
A lighter HUD and short level-up cards: before → after, rarity as the frame colour, details on hover or long-press.
Update 0.7.5j · The first 5 minutes
New
A new camp: your hero by the fire, Fight within reach and a Next goal. Five sections — Heroes, Arsenal, Ranking, Skins and More; on phones they sit at the bottom. Nothing is gone: the rest is under More.
Newcomers get Play, a choice of three heroes and a Quick run right away; tips and features unlock as you play.
Changes
Already played? Everything stays open, as before. On phones the What's new feed is under More.
Update 0.7.5i · A cleaner picture
New
Enemies feel alive: they bob as they walk, lean towards the hero, squash when they strike or get hit, and small fry get knocked back a little.
Big hits on bosses feel heavier with a brief freeze-frame on impact (off with Reduced effects).
Changes
A sharper picture: no blur in combat, heroes, enemies and effects sit exactly on the pixel grid and no longer shimmer while moving.
Defeated enemies no longer vanish in a flash: they fall and fade away.
Update 0.7.5h · Clean lines: polish
Changes
Explosions, puddles and clouds of your weapons no longer fade next to your hero and are always drawn in full — only extra flying projectiles are toned down.
Update 0.7.5g · Clean lines
Changes
A cleaner, fully pixel-art battlefield: no yellow circle around the boss, no diamonds or arrows over companions, no rings around buffs and chests.
Enemy zones and warnings have a pixel edge and lie on the ground, under your hero and enemies. Enemy shots are still drawn above your hero.
Your own puddles, clouds and fields have no outline anymore, and extra projectiles are drawn full size, just more transparent.
A new pixel icon on the What's new button, a new frame on the Lucky Shine card and an icon for the Ringing Bell relic.
Fixes
Tomes such as the Tome of Multitude now show their icon in the slot panel during a run; on phones upgrade cards no longer get a white outline without a key press.
Update 0.7.5f · Ready for a crowd
New
New «Report a bug» button in the pause menu and on the results screen. It sends only the game build, the screen and the run number — no personal data.
Changes
The leaderboard and the rankings open faster: your own row is always up to date, the shared list refreshes every half a minute to a minute.
The game talks to the server less often, and saving runs and claiming rewards stay stable at busy times.
Update 0.7.5e · Update history
New
A What's new button on the title screen and in the camp: the whole update history, newest first. A dot on the button means there is something you haven't seen yet.
Update 0.7.5d · Dawn Herald
New
At minute 20 of the endless Onslaught the Dawn Herald arrives. It can't be defeated — only outrun.
A minute before it comes a countdown appears at the timer; 10 seconds before, a banner and a sound.
When the Herald arrives, ordinary enemies crumble to ash, and no new enemies, bosses, crates or coins appear.
The Herald's touch takes 40% of your health through any protection. Its light strikes are marked on the ground first, and every 5 seconds a Dawn Warden twice as strong as the last one joins it.
Changes
Everything you gathered before the Herald came stays with you: return to camp with your loot at any moment, and a skull revives you as usual.
A run whose endless part is longer than 35 minutes no longer goes into the ranking tables. Rewards for such a run are not taken away.
Update 0.7.5c · A readable fight
New
New settings in the camp and in the pause: "Brightness of your effects" and "Damage numbers".
Pick an upgrade card with the keyboard: A/D or the arrows to choose, Space, E or Enter to take.
Changes
Your own effects no longer hide the hero and the enemies: the hero is always drawn above your projectiles, with a thin light outline.
Enemy and boss warnings are drawn above everything, and damage numbers on one enemy add up into one.
The shining card has a gold frame and a "✦ Lucky Shine" label; the guaranteed card says "✦ Guaranteed".
Fixes
A held dash or ability key no longer takes a card by accident. On phones the camp header no longer cuts off sign-in, and settings buttons no longer cut off their labels.
Update 0.7.5b
Changes
If the device still runs out of graphics memory, the game tells you how to restart it.
Fixes
In Telegram on iPhone the battlefield could go dark after a few runs. The game now frees graphics memory after every run.
Update 0.7.5a · Balance after 0.7.5
New
Dawn Fatigue: in the endless Onslaught every heal gets 3% weaker each minute, down to −75%. A badge next to the timer shows the current value.
Changes
The endless Onslaught is dangerous from the first minute, and you can't stand still in it: if the hero barely moves, the dawn burns them through any protection. In every mode at least a quarter of a hit gets through armor.
Traveller's Fire, Still Sap, Chalice of Souls and Honey Cakes are reworked; relic descriptions match their numbers.
More gold in every mode: coins drop more often, bosses and victories pay more. Once everything is maxed, a new level gives a little gold right away and doesn't stop the game.
"Give up" and "Return to Camp" are now different actions: giving up before the victory brings no loot, and from the endless Onslaught you return to camp with everything gathered.
Fixes
An endless run closed with "Return to Camp" no longer drops out of the prize ranking.
Update 0.7.5 · Finds
New
24 run relics: found during a run and active until it ends; copies of the same relic stack.
A mini-boss or Overlord chest offers 3 relics to choose from plus one upgrade, and flies to you on its own.
Statuses show above enemies: Burning, Stun, Shadow Mark and Rot.
Arsenal → Relics: 12 relics are open from the start, the other 12 awaken through feats.
Effects quality Auto, Full or Reduced, in Settings and in the pause.
Changes
The game updates itself, in the camp and never during a run. Your result is always saved first.
Update 0.7.4 · Released together with 0.7.5
New
Six new tomes: Multitude, Reach, Ages, the Keen Edge, Thirst and Dusk.
Eleven new syntheses, from Crimson Moon to Long Dusk.
The new tomes awaken through feats: shots fired, crits, healing, kills with certain weapons and a final Overlord defeated in Standard.
A third tome slot in Standard and Legacy, after 30 wins against final Overlords or 10 wins in Legacy, with the new achievement "The Third Shelf".
Changes
The Onslaught after victory is gentler for the first 40 minutes.
Update 0.7.3 · Released together with 0.7.5
New
Tome and stat cards roll a rarity, from Common ×1.0 to Legendary ×2.0, and show the real number you get. Weapons, tomes and stats rank up to 99.
Luck matters more: rare cards, the shining card, crits and crates. After 12 picks in a row without a Rare, the next one guarantees it.
Hero passives Growth and Sign, and every hero gains +1 max HP per level.
Run charges Reroll, Banish and Skip, in Legacy; one free Reroll every run. Plus 12 achievements for in-run ranks.
Changes
English is the base language, with a switch on the title screen. Renamed heroes: Meeg, Lothar, Sim-Sim, Atrax and Shchuks — progress and skins stay.
Fixes
Save import no longer adds anything extra or refunds spent shards; Vilchar's and Sim-Sim's ranged attack visuals line up with their hits.
Update 0.7.2
New
Every hero's dash and ability have their own painted icons, with the cooldown and a key hint.
Fixes
Straight projectiles no longer fly through enemies without hitting — most noticeable with Dri and with large enemies.
The third crescent of the Hall of the Mirrored Moon flies at a visible target.
Update 0.7.1
Changes
Prize ranking rewards are bigger, for periods that close after this update.
Update 0.7.0 · Prize ranking
New
Weekly and monthly prize rankings.
Painted melee effects and more detailed bosses.
Achievement icons.
Changes
Unlock conditions are updated — everything you have already unlocked stays yours.
Fixes
All 14 heroes and their mythic forms turn and walk correctly in every direction.
Update 0.6.1 · English
New
The game is fully translated into English. The language is picked from your Telegram or browser; switch it in Settings → Language, even in the middle of a run.
The Telegram bot got an English name and description.
Update 0.6.0 · Awakenings
New
Hero awakenings: each hero has their own conditions, with progress shown on the expedition screen.
In the leaderboard, the "▾" arrow shows which weapons, tomes and syntheses a run used.
New animation for enemies, the six final bosses, companions and auras.
Changes
A hero's weapon is at first available only to them, and tomes awaken too — Life, Wrath and Treasure are open from the start.
If more than 5 heroes are awakened (besides the starting ones), you keep 5 before your first fight. Skins, achievements, gold, shards and Legacy stay.
The ability (E) grows with the rank of the hero's main weapon. Leveling is a third faster, and enemies are more numerous and tougher.
Update 0.5.3 · Released together with 0.6.0
New
Change your skin any time: the SKIN button on the expedition screen and the "My Skins" section.
The "Last Chance" title leads to the expedition, the "←" arrow goes back through tabs. The Telegram Back button works too.
A new camp tour and short tips in your first run.
Changes
On death the run's loot is kept (70% in Hardcore). Retreating is giving up: the run's gold and shards are not awarded.
Update 0.5.2 · Dash
New
Every hero can dash: Space, or the DASH button on phones — a short dodge with invulnerability, 5-second cooldown. Abilities moved to E.
New art: the winged demon form, painted enemy and boss attack warnings, a living poison cloud.
"Restart" in the pause, phone orientation choice, "Claim all" in the mail and badges on camp tabs.
Changes
The final boss no longer clears the field, "Continue the Onslaught" gives +5 levels right away, and bosses are a little softer.
Legacy is reworked: every ten ranks give about +10%. Bought ranks stay.
Update 0.5.1 · Animations
New
Full four-direction animation for all 14 heroes.
Painted effects for hero attacks and abilities, syntheses, enemies and bosses.
Three new enemies on every map, and final boss portraits in the bestiary.
Settings right in the run: Pause → Settings.
Changes
Quick mode is denser, and by mid-run elites and large enemies no longer fall to a single hit.
Bosses attack more often and in trickier ways, and summon more enemies.
Update 0.5.0 · Four modes
New
Four modes — Quick, Standard, Hardcore and Legacy, each with its own leaderboard.
Skulls: after a death you can return to the fight, once per run (not in Hardcore).
The bestiary holds 20 hidden combinations with 6 achievements for them; every achievement shows the share of players who have it.
Interface scale, font choice, a movable joystick, separate sound sliders and music.
Changes
Runs give about 10 times less gold, Legacy bonuses are cut, enemies are tougher. Bought ranks stay.
Fixes
Simba's rapier flies point first, the page no longer twitches, and tutorial windows no longer pile up.
Last Chance
Choose a hero, gather experience and combine weapons with tomes. Survive the waves, endure the Onslaught and face the World's Overlord.
